Clients Need a Reason to Keep Using Your Service


Once you have a loyal list of clients, don't get too comfortable.  In the house cleaning business, the friends and family of your clients are able to quickly turn them to another cleaning source, if you give them reason.  The very best first-time cleaning isn't enough to keep your client loyal.  You must perform excellent service on each and every appointment.  Isn't that what you would expect from your service?

Customer loyalty is a big concern in marketing these days because we all have so many options.  I'm sure you've participated in a customer loyalty program where you are issued a card and get it punched every time you use their service.  Car washes use these programs consistently to keep their customers coming back.

Think of ways you can offer your clients more than the house cleaning service they are paying you for. 
  • Create a newsletter
  • Offer discounts for referrals
  • Offer a special after a number of appointments
  • Give them a magnet so your phone number is near
